- Black figs
- Goat cheese
- Calonge nuts
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
Elaboration
- Take the figs, wash them and cut them into four pieces without reaching the end, so that they are as in the photo.
- Cut some cubes of goat cheese, and half a walnut. Put inside the figs.
- Place in a serving dish.
- Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season with the vinaigrette on top.
