  • Black figs
  • Goat cheese
  • Calonge nuts
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.

Elaboration

  1. Take the figs, wash them and cut them into four pieces without reaching the end, so that they are as in the photo.
  2. Cut some cubes of goat cheese, and half a walnut. Put inside the figs.
  3. Place in a serving dish.
  4. Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season with the vinaigrette on top.
